A typical masculine thorax with very wide shoulder and a narrow hip. The breast is positioned high, missing the sub-mammary crease.
The result shows natural improvement. The volume is proportional to shoulder width and the waist. This original technique allows breast screening and medical palpation for any nodules, which can be removed in the future without touching and/or removing the implant.
This is the case of a patient with very symmetric breasts. The result is very natural and not very big.
